Blade inclination angle: The larger the inclination angle, the greater the pressure difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the blade, and the greater the wind pressure at the same speed.
Number of blades: The number of blades for DC and AC fans is mostly odd, such as 7, 9, and 11. If even number of blades are used, it is easy to cause resonance in the system, which will cause the blades or shaft center to break.
Blade radian: Slightly curved towards the direction of rotation, forming a certain radian to ensure that the blown air is concentrated in the cylindrical space directly in front of the air outlet, increasing the air supply distance and pressure.
Spindle diameter: Due to the presence of motors and bearings, there is inevitably a blind spot in the center of the DC and AC fan spindles where there is no airflow passing through, and the diameter of the spindle determines the size of this blind spot.
Fan blade balance: When the physical center of mass and axis of the DC and AC fan blades are not on the same axis, the fan blades will cause imbalance, i.e. vibration, during operation.

Including fan blades, shafts, magnetic rings, outer frames of magnetic rings, and oil rings.

Including motor, outer frame, bearings, retaining rings, etc.

The fan frame can "constrain" the airflow driven by the fan blades, control its outflow direction, suppress backlash and scattering, and concentrate it in the desired direction of air supply. The materials and structures used must have a certain degree of strength, which can withstand physical impacts to a certain extent, and protect fragile components such as fan blades and motors.
Composition of DC Fan and AC Fan 5- Bearing System
As a bottleneck factor in the lifespan of DC and AC fans, bearings also have a significant impact on the working noise and manufacturing cost of fans. The bearing systems of DC and AC fans can be divided into: ball bearings (also known as single ball bearings and double ball bearings), oil bearing, ceramic bearing, and hydraulic Raffles bearing.
